• Check out all the photograhers in your area and ask to visit their studio
• Have a few ideas for cool photos
• Schedule your session around extracurriculars - sports, UIL, FFA, etc.
• Expect to have fun!

• Remember to bring personal items like your senior ring, letter jacket.

Don'ts...

• Don't fall for gimmicks like "special pricing if you hurry", or "school ambassador program." Your senior session should happen when you're ready, not when a studio has holes in it's schedule.
• Don't think you have to be a model. Senior photography simply captures you being you.
• Don't choose a photograher or studio based solely on price. Your senior photgrapher should have the experience and skill to make you look better than you ever imagined. He or she should also have a well rounded portfolio of work - ask to see it.
