Garner Studio creates all final prints in-house using twin Epson Stylus® Pro 4880 printers. The Epson Stylus® Pro 4000 Series has become the standard within the world's greatest design studios, photographic labs, and commercial print shops (from the Epson website). All of our papers and canvas have been proven by the manufacturer as optimized for this line of professional printers.
All mass-produced package prints from school, team sports, daycare, dance academy and most sports action photos are printed on our extra-thick satin photographic paper. This paper looks and feels just like traditional photo lab paper and features a medium depth luster finish.
Orders from studio sessions are printed on extra-thick premium luster photographic paper. This paper features a deep luster finish which offers the perfect balance between deeply saturated color and minimized gloss reflectivity.
Our Heritage line is printed on Epson's Exhibition Fiber paper. Some of the world's greatest photography has been produced on this paper. A true fiber-based, photographic paper, perfect for professional color and black-and-white prints. was developed in collaboration with many of the industry's leading professional photographers to ensure it meets their most discerning requirements. Many who have contributed to the development of Exhibition Fiber Paper have commented that it not only reminds them of revered silver halide papers, but also offers greater creative control due to extraordinary D-Max and tonal transition in B&W and the ability to print extraordinary color with the same paper, something that was not possible to do with traditional fiber based papers.
Our highest end print using Epson's Exhibition Canvas Satin. This is an acid free, lignin free heavyweight cotton-poly blend, this elegantly textured canvas features a semi-gloss satin surface with a bright white point, exceptionally high Dmax and wide color gamut. The canvas base is enhanced with elastic polymers providing high tensile strength and flexibility for gallery wrap stretching without cracking.
Our new metallic prints are printed on a unique inkjet paper that closely matches the look of photo lab metallic prints. This paper features the same aspects as its lab equivalent - a high gloss finish and a pearlescent base stock that yields an elegant iridescence in your images.
